In November 2016, Joni and Alan Finston made an exciting move by acquiring the vacant Bank of America property across from their Physical Therapy Clinic. Joni’s ties to Eastern Washington and Alan’s Whitman College connections sparked their interest in the area. Their original idea? A cozy wine bar highlighting Pacific Northwest flavors. But that spark evolved into something grander. Today, The Vault boasts over 700 bottles, showcasing the best of the Pacific Northwest alongside selections from the West Coast and worldwide.
